摘    要:通过感官鉴别酒类质量结果的准确性难以保证,因此研究快速、准确的鉴别方法是必要的。用人工嗅觉系统鉴别酒类质量是一种快速、简便的方法。提出了一种遗传径向基函数神经网络作为人工嗅觉系统的模式识别方法,以进行酒类质量的鉴别计算。实例表明,该方法是有效的,不仅能用于酒的分类,还可用来鉴别酒的质量等级。

Abstract:The accuracy of identified results of alcohol quality by panel is hard to be guaranteed,so it is necessary to develop a rapid and accurate method for its identification.It is a simple and rapid method for artificial olfactory system to identify alcohol quality.In this paper,a kind of radial basis function neural network based on the genetic algorithm as pattern recognition for the artificial olfactory system was put forward so that it can be used to identify alcohol quality. The experimental results show that the pattern recognition method is effective and both category and quality grade of a alcohol can be accurately identified.
