| 摘 要： | 以野生龙葵果为原料,分别采用常温提取、水浴锅热提取、微波辅助提取、超声波辅助提取4种提取方法,对龙葵果红色素的浸提条件及浸提方法进行了系统研究,通过对4种提取方法的吸光度和得率及试验方法的可行性进行比较分析,筛选出龙葵果红色素的最佳提取方法及工艺条件.结果表明:微波辅助提取法吸光度和得率最高,且提取方法简便易行,提取时...
