基于LabVIEW的水泵性能测试系统的设计

摘    要:新开发的水泵性能测试系统采用PC-DAQ方案及USB总线通讯,将虚拟仪器技术引进水泵性能测试领域,基于LabVIEW实现了对泵的进出口压力、流量、转速、功率等信号的实时测量和动态显示.建立了基于容许波动幅度和同一量重复测量结果之间变化限度的系统稳定性判定模型;运用虚拟PID控制器实现了流量自动控制;利用LabVIEW多项式拟合模块对性能曲线进行拟合,并通过图片输出方式显示性能曲线.结果表明:基于虚拟仪器的水泵性能测试系统运行稳定,数据分析处理功能强,界面美观,操作简便,可视化功能强,测试精度高.

Abstract:Owing to the complex hardware integration and lower brainpower of current pump test system, the pump test system of general performance was developed successfully based on VI. Data was collected automatically in the system by using LabVIEW. The powerful numerical analysis and signal processing of LabVIEW were applied, and the real-time display of test data was realized. Working efficiency and accuracy of the test system were improved, and the cost of testing was lowered as well.
