矮败小麦及其在矮化育种中的应用

摘    要:矮败小麦是具有矮秆基因标记的显性核不育材料。它接受非矮秆品种的花粉,后代分离的矮秆株为雄性不育,非矮秆株为雄性可育。矮败小麦在轮回选择和矮化育种中有重要价值。

Abstract:Dwarfing-sterile wheat is a dominant genic male sterile material with dwarfing marker.The dominant gene Ms2 for male sterility and the dominant gene Rht10 for dwarfness are closely linked on the short arm of chromosome 4D.Dwarfing-sterile wheat is pollinated by non-dwarfing variety.Of progenies from the cross,dwarf plants will be male sterile type,while non-dwarf plants will be male fertile type.Dwarfing-sterile wheat has potential value in recurrent selection and conventional breeding.The objective,strategy and some important aspects ub wheat breeding for dwarfness are discussed in the paper.
