锌在茶树碳氮代谢中的效应

摘    要:测定了不同浓度锌处理的水培茶苗(Camellia sinensis L)的核酸、蛋白质、氨基酸、叶绿素、锌和磷的含量,茶苗的光合速率、叶片的硝酸还原酶活性及儿茶素组成。结果表明,锌促进茶苗的光合速率、叶中硝酸还原酶活性及蛋白质和RNA的合成,提高非酯型儿茶素的含量,1-2mg/L处理有利于茶氨酸的形成。但锌处理降低DNA的含量,不利于茶苗对磷素的吸收,使酯型儿茶素有所减少。

Abstract:The levels of nucleic acids,soluble proteins,free amino acids,catechins,chlorophyll,zinc,phosphorus,and photosynthetic efficienoy and nitrate reductase activity in tea (Camellia sinensis L.)seedlings,which had been cultured with different concentrations of Zn,were determined. Results showed that Zn euhanced photosynthesis,nitrate reductase activity and synthesis of protein and RNA,and incresed content ofnon-ester catechin. Zn concentrations from 1.00 to 2.00 ppm were in favour of the synthesis of theanine However,Zn decresed the cohtent of DNA and ester catechin, and P absorption of the seedlings.
