玉米雄性不育细胞质物理化学参数的研究

摘    要:对玉米Mo17核背景下雄性不育细胞质(T、C、S)与正常细胞质(N)系与其膜特性、细胞质理化特性及代谢活动有关的物理化学参数进行了研究,结果表明,T、C型细胞质具有低细胞质粘滞度、高水渗透性和低细胞质流速度等特征,而S、N型细胞质则与之相反。还讨论了玉米雄性不育细胞质距离与质量。

Abstract:Isonuclear alloplasmic lines on Mo17 nuclear background with three male-sterile cytoplasms T.C.Tang Xu(S) and normal(N) were used for physicochemical study.It was found that the physicochemical qualities of the living cytoplasm and membrane properties of the CMS types significantly differed from that of the N-type. CMS-T and CMS-C were found to be characterized by low cytoplasmic viscosity, high water permeability, slow protoplasmic streaming. But the N and CMS-S showed the opposite qualities. The "cytoplasmic distance" and "cytoplasmic quality" were also discussed.
