贵协3号小麦衍生品种(系)的赤霉病抗性评价及农艺性状分析

摘    要:小麦赤霉病是一种对小麦生产危害很强的世界性真菌病害,利用抗赤霉病品种是减轻危害的有效手段之一,但是具有赤霉病抗性的小麦种质很少。本研究鉴定筛选出适合黄淮麦区中抗赤霉病的种质材料漯抗1号、漯抗4号和漯抗6号。3份材料的发病小穗率分别是19.0%、20.9%和20.2%,与苏麦3号(13.8%)差异显著,但与扬麦158(19.2%)差异不显著。从平均严重度和发病小穗率分析,漯抗1号、漯抗4号和漯抗6号的赤霉病抗性为中抗,与扬麦158相当。从耐寒性、株高、千粒重、穗粒数和小穗密度等方面对漯抗1号、漯抗4号和漯抗6号分析表明,漯抗6号与周麦22无显著差异,漯抗6号更适用于黄淮麦区小麦育种。

Abstract:Fusarium head blight in wheat is a harmful worldwide fungal disease for wheat production. It is an effective means to reduce the harm by using the scab resistance varieties. But there are few wheat germplasms had the resistance to Fusarium head blight. The research identified three germplasms of Luokang 1, Luokang 4, and Luokang 6 had moderate resistance to Fusarium head blight and were suitable for planting in Huanghuai wheat region, and the proportions of disease spikelets were 19.0%, 20.9% and 20.2%, respectively, which had significant difference with Sumai 3 (13.8%), but had no significant difference with Yangmai 158 (19.2%). By the analyse of the average severity and percentage of diseased spikelet, the three materials had moderate resistance to Fusarium head blight, which were similar to Yangmai 158. From the analyse of cold tolerance, plant height, 1000-grain weight, grains per spike and spikelet density, Luokang 6 had no significant difference with Zhoumai 22, which was more suitable for breeding and utilization in Huanghuai wheat region.
