雅南猪四个地方类群核型的比较研究

用半微量外周血淋巴细胞短期培养方法以及胰酶—G带、C—带和Ag染色技术对雅南猪四个地方类群的组型,染色带型以及结构性异染色质的分布;18S+28SrDNA的定位和数目进行了比较研究。结果表明:四个地方类群体细胞二倍体为2Ⅱ=38,核型为2n=10sm+4st+12m+12t,NF=64,Ag-NOR定位于8号和10号染色体;它们的G—带型相似且与国内外其它品种猪基本一致,而C—带和Ag—NORs在类群间存在多态性。本文还就Ag—NORs多态性进行了多种数学分析。

COMPARATIVE STUDY ON KARYOTYPE IN FOUR LOCAL STRAINS OF YAAN PIG

The conventional karyotypes, band patterns, distributions of constitutive heterochromatin situations and numbers of 18S·28SrDNA in four local strains of Yanan Pig have been comparatively studied by means of conventional staining, trypsin-G-banding, C-banding and Ag-staining techniques respectively. The results show that the number of somatic diploid is 38 in every strain of Yanan Pig The karyotype of all strains is 2n=10sm+4st+12m+12t, NF=64. The situations of Ag-staining nuclear organising regions (Ag-NORs) in the chromosomes in every strain are similar, even among those of other domestic pigs which were reported in many articles. But the C-bands and Ag-NORs are present polymorphism between strains. Several kinds of mathematical analysis have been dono in polymorphism of Ag-NORs.
