| 摘 要： | 在甘肃省中西部及南部高海拔地区的栽培燕麦、野燕麦和青稞上发生了一种国内外均未见报道的新病害—鞘腐病。从病组织中分离到形态相似的丝状真菌,通过柯赫法则证实该菌即鞘腐病的病原菌,形态学及分子鉴定显示,该病原菌可能为新属种。 |

| Abstract: | Sheath rot disease,a new disease of oat and hulless barley,occurred seriously in highland in Gansu province.Similar filamentous fungus isolates were obtained from diseased sheath rot tissues of cultivated oat,wild oat and hulless barley,it was sured the pathogen based on Koch’s rule.Morphological characteristics and molecular identification indicated that the pathogenic fungus is probably a new genus and species. |
