湿地松容器扦插育苗试验

摘    要:通过田间试验设计研究生根促进剂种类和浓度对湿地松容器扦插生根率、生根数的影响差异,研究了不同木质化程度的插穗、不同插穗长度对湿地松容器扦插生根率、生根数影响效果的显著程度。结果表明,使用ABT-1#(A1)+800 mg.kg-1(B3)最好;采用半木质化的绿枝(C2)+长度为14~15 cm的插穗(D2)扦插效果最佳。

Abstract:Influence difference of type concentration of rooting accelerator on rooting rate,root number of Pinus elliottii were studied through field experiment design.Significant level of cuttings with different lignification extent cuttings with different length on rooting rate root number of container seedlings of Pinus elliottii were studied.Result shows that the use of ABT-1 #(A1) +800 mg·kg-1(B3) is optimal;semilignification greenwood(C2) + length being 14-15 cm of the cuttings(D2) get the optimal result.
