食用桔红肉甘薯新品种南薯012的选育与栽培技术

摘    要:为富含胡萝卜素的保健型红肉甘薯新品种的生产应用提供种质来源,四川省南充市农业科学院从"波嘎×三合薯"杂交后代中选育出富含胡萝卜素的优质桔红肉甘薯新品种南薯012。该品种在2009—2010年的四川省甘薯品种区域试验中,平均鲜薯产量为24 600kg/hm~2,平均干物率29.0%,平均薯干产量7 152.0kg/hm~2;生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量为28 410.0kg/hm~2,平均薯干产量8 734.5kg/hm~2;区域试验多点分析表明,鲜薯总糖含量5.28%,蛋白质含量1.43%,维生素C含量28.9mg/100g,类胡萝卜素含量5.21mg/100g。该品种于2012年3月通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定,鲜薯产量高,熟食味甜,富含类胡萝卜素,商品性好,抗黑斑病,耐贮藏,适于食用及食品加工用,适宜在中等肥力以上田块种植。

Abstract:In order to provide germplasm resources for exploiting health-type red-flesh sweetpotato cultivars rich in carotene,Nanshu 012,a new high-quality orange-flesh sweetpotato cultivar rich in carotene,was bred from the crossed generations of Boga Sanheshu by Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences,in regional tests of sweetpotato cultivars in Sichuan during 2009-2010,the average fresh yield,average dry matter content and average dry yield were respectively 24 600 kg/hm2,29.0% and 7 152.0 kg/hm2;In the production test,the average fresh yield and dry yield were 28 410.0 kg/hm2 and 8 734.5 kg/hm2 respectively.In the multipoint regional tests,contents of sugar,protein,vitamin C and carotenoid in fresh potato were respectively 5.28%,1.43%,28.9 mg/100g and 5.21 mg/100g.Nanshu012 was approved by Sichuan Crop Variety Approval Committee in March,2012.It is of high yield,good taste for cooking,abundant carotenoids,good? commodity,resistance to black rot,long-storage,and is suitable for food and food processing,and can be planted in moderate fertility field.
