摘    要:为探明外源植物生长调节剂对烤烟经济性状与内在品质的影响,采用1年多地试验方法,研究增产胺(DCPTA,100 mg/mL)、吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA,20 mg/L)+赤霉素(GA3,30 mg/L)和芸苔素内酯(0.01mg/L)3种植物生长调节剂在烤烟上的施用效果。结果表明:在现蕾期、打顶时、打顶后20d各喷施1次DCPTA,可有效促进植株产量和产值的提高,但不利于烟叶品质的形成;在现蕾期、打顶时、打顶后20d各喷施1次芸苔素内酯可明显提升烟叶的种植效益和烟叶品质,尤其是对于提高烤烟香气质、香气量、评吸总分及改善烤烟余味方面效果明显。在优质烟叶开发中可推广使用芸苔素内酯。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of exogenous plant growth regulators on the economic characteristics and internal quality of flue-cured tobacco,a multiple-site experiment was conducted in one year to explore the application effects of DCPTA(100 mg/mL),IAA(20 mg/L) and GA3 (30 mg/L) and BR(0.01 mg/L) on flue-cured tobacco.Results:By spraying in budding stage,topping stage and 20 days after topping,DCPTA can effectively promote plant yield and yield value,but is not beneficial for tobacco quality formation.BR can significantly enhance the planting efficiency and tobacco quality,especially for improving the smoking aroma quality,smoking aroma concentration and integrated score of smoking,and improving the aftertaste of flue-cured tobacco.In the development of high quality tobacco,it is appropriate to promote the use of BR.
