新型城镇化背景下少数民族农民进城意愿影响因素:以云南省峨山县为例

为西部少数民族聚居区制定科学合理的城镇化政策提供参考,基于云南省峨山彝族自治县129户少数民族农民进城意愿的调查,构建二项Logistic模型分析少数民族农民进城意愿的影响因素。结果表明:在新型城镇化背景下,研究区少数民族农民进城的意愿不强。少数民族农民家庭劳动力数越多、家庭在外务工人数越多、有子女在城镇上学,其进城的意愿越强烈;少数民族农民年龄越大、文化程度越高、家庭人口数越多、农业收入占家庭年收入的比例越高、越不愿意与城里人交往、预期未来越晚进城定居,其进城的意愿越弱。应加强少数民族农村教育、加快少数民族地区农村土地流转、拓宽少数民族农民收入来源以及加强对少数民族农民进城改革的宣传,推进少数民族地区的新型城镇化建设。

Study on Factors to Influence Willingness of Minority Farmers Entering City in Eshan County,Yunnan

The factors to influence the willingness of minority farmers entering city are analyzed by the established binomial Logistic model based on the data from 129 minority farmer households in Eshan County, Yunnan to provide a reference for formulating the scientific and rational urbanization policy in western ethnic regions.Results: The willingness of minority farmers entering city is weak under the background of new-type urbanization.The more the family labor number, off-farm workers and children going to school in towns are , the stronger the willingness of minority farmers entering city is.The more the age, education level, family population and proportion of agricultural income in family annual income are, the weaker the willingness of minority farmers entering city is.The measures to strengthen minority rural education, speed up rural land circulation in minority regions, widen income sources of minority farmers and enhance propagation of minority farmers entering city reformation are proposed to promote new-type urbanization construction in minority regions.
