不同装烟方式不同品种(系)烤后烟叶的形态与收缩率变化

摘    要:为优质烟叶的烘烤提供理论依据,以K326、毕纳1号、遵烟6号、贵烟1号、贵烟4号、贵烟13号、红花大金元中部叶为试验材料,研究贵州密集烤房散叶插扦和普通烤房挂竿装烟方式叶片长宽和收缩率的差异性及形态指标间的关联性,并分析烟叶收缩率的主效应。结果表明:2种装烟方式烤后烟叶长宽比均大于烤前烟叶,烤烟烤前和烤后烟叶长宽比为贵烟1号、红花大金元K326、毕纳1号贵烟13号遵烟6号、贵烟4号;散叶插扦密集烤房烤后烟叶纵向收缩率、横向收缩率、叶面积收缩率平均值均大于普通烤房。普通烤房K326、毕纳1号、遵烟6号和贵烟1号烟叶纵向收缩率值显著大于红花大金元,横向收缩率、叶面积收缩率红花大金元较高;散叶插扦密集烤房烤后烟叶纵向收缩率、横向收缩率和叶面积收缩率以毕纳1号和贵烟1号较大,贵烟4号和遵烟6号较小。经主效应分析,纵向收缩率的主效应因子为烤房类型,横向收缩率的主效应因子为品种(系),叶面积收缩率的主效应因子为烤房类型与品种(系)的互作效应。关联分析表明,烤前和烤后叶片长宽比相关系数为0.969,横向收缩率和叶面积收缩率相关系数为0.915,烤后烟叶长宽比与横向收缩率及纵向收缩率与叶面积收缩率均显著相关;与纵向收缩率相比,横向收缩率与叶面积收缩率的关联性更强。

Abstract:The effects of different curing barns with different tobacco leaf-loading patterns on leaf length and width shrinkage ratio and correlations between different leaf morphological indexes were studied in middle leaves of 7 flue-cured tobacco varieties (K326,Bina 1,Zunyan 6,Guiyan 1,Guiyan 4,Guiyan 13 and Honghuadajinyuan) and then the main effects to influence tobacco leaf shrinkage ratio were analyzed to provide the theoretical basis for curing of high-quality flue-cured tobacco.Results:The lengthwidth ratio of cured leaves is higher than fresh leaves under two tobacco leaf-loading patterns.The fresh and cured leaf length-width ratio of 7 flue-cured tobacco varieties is Guiyan 1 and Honghuadajinyuan >K326 and Bina 1 > Guiyan 13 > Zunyan 6 and Guiyan 4.The average longitudinal,lateral and area shrinkage ratio of tobacco leaves cured in a bulk curing barn with a loose-leaf loading pattern is higher than in a common curing barn.The longitudinal shrinkage ratio of K326,Bina 1,Zunyan 6 and Guiyan 1 leaves cured in a common curing barn is significantly higher than Honghuadajinyuan and the lateral and area shrinkage ratio of K326,Bina 1,Zunyan 6 and Guiyan 1 leaves cured in a common curing barn is higher than Honghuadajinyuan.The longitudinal,lateral and area shrinkage ratio of Bina 1 and Guiyan 1 leaves cured in a bulk curing barn with a loose-leaf loading pattern is greater.The longitudinal,lateral and area shrinkage ratio of Guiyan 4 and Zunyan 6 leaves cured in a bulk curing barn with a loose-leaf loading pattern is lesser.The main effects analysis shows that the main effect factor to influence leaf longitudinal,lateral and area shrinkage ratio is curing barn type,flue-cured tobacco variety and interaction between curing barn type flue-cure tobacco variety respectively.The correlation analysis indicates that the correlation coefficient in leaf length-width ratio between fresh and cured leaves and between leaf lateral and leaf area shrinkage ratio is 0.969 and 0.915 separately.The length-width ratio of cured tobacco leaves is significantly related to leaf longitudinal,lateral and area shrinkage ratio and the correlation degree between length-width ratio of cured tobacco leaves and leaf lateral shrinkage ratio,leaf area shrinkage ratio is higher than between length-width ratio of cured tobacco leaves and leaf longitudinal shrinkage ratio.
