精准扶贫背景下农户参与红色旅游的路径与对策:以陕甘宁革命老区为例

为提升红色旅游精准扶贫的效果,以陕甘宁革命老区为例,分析了陕甘宁革命老区农户在参与红色旅游过程中面临农村基础设施、资金、红色旅游参与意识等困境,并提出农户可以依托旅游企业、专业合作社、农村电商、乡村旅游等嵌入红色旅游发展过程中。同时,需要对农户进行精准识别、增大资金扶持力度、强化农户培训、加强农村基础设施建设、创新乡村旅游发展模式,以更好地助力农户参与红色旅游的发展,从而获取收益。

Methods and Countermeasures of Farmers' Participation in Red Tourism under the Background of Precise Poverty Alleviation:A case study on the old revolutionary areas of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia

In order to enhance the achievements of red tourism under the background of precise poverty alleviation, the authors analyzed the difficulties the farmers faced with in the old revolutionary base areas of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, including rural infrastructure, capital and red tourism participation consciousness in the process of participating in red tourism.It was proposed that farmers can rely on tourism enterprises, professional cooperatives, rural electric business, rural tourism and others to be embedded in red tourism development.At the same time, it was also needed to identify farmers more accurately, increase financial support, strengthen farmer training, strengthen rural infrastructure construction, innovate rural tourism development model to better help farmers participating in red tourism development.
