陕西茶叶产业的竞争力评价及发展策略

摘    要:为陕西省茶叶产业发展的政策制定提供参考,从茶叶生产角度,基于中国统计年鉴和陕西统计年鉴数据,运用综合比较优势指数法,计算陕西和我国其他17个产茶省(区、市)2010—2015年茶叶生产的规模优势指数、效率优势指数和综合优势指数,定量评价陕西茶叶产业竞争力水平,并分析产业发展优势和劣势,提出相应的发展策略。结果表明:与全国平均水平相比,陕西茶叶生产的规模优势明显、效率优势和综合优势较弱。应发挥政府职能、创新科技驱动、加快标准化进程、重视品牌建设、强化质量控制和挖掘茶文化,进一步提升茶叶产业竞争力。

Abstract:The scale advantage index, efficiency advantage index and comprehensive advantage index of tea production in Shaanxi and other 17 tea-growing provinces during 2010~2015 are calculated by the comprehensive comparative advantage index method from the angle of tea production and based on the data from China Statistical Yearbook and Shaanxi Statistical Yearbook, then the competitiveness level of tea industry in Shaanxi is evaluated quantitatively, and the advantages and disadvantages of tea industry development are analyzed finally to provide a reference for formulating the policy of tea industry development in Shaanxi.Results: The scale advantage of tea production in Shaanxi is obvious but its efficiency advantage and comprehensive advantage are poor compared with the average level in China.The countermeasures to give full play to government function, drive innovative technology, speed up the standardization process, pay attention to branding construction, intensify quality control and excavate tea culture are proposed to further enhance the competitiveness of tea industry in Shaanxi.
