贵州酒用高粱籽粒灌浆特征及源库关系分析

摘    要:为弄清贵州酒用高粱品种的籽粒灌浆特征及产量形成机制,以6个贵州优质高粱品种为试验材料,比较不同品种的产量性状差异,以Richards方程拟合籽粒灌浆参数,进而分析其抽穗后干物质积累运转和源库关系。结果表明:6个高粱品种的千粒重、穗粒重和产量的变异范围分别为18.1~21.6g、51.9~72.6g、2 807.0~4 972.2kg/hm~2,红缨子、茅梁1号、茅红糯1号和黔高7号品种产量相对较高;Richards方程解析及源库关系分析,6个品种的库容量相差较小,高产品种的灌浆活跃期长,最大灌浆速率和平均灌浆速率高,达最大灌浆速率的时期也相对提前,粒叶比较高(或较小的单位库容叶面积),或茎鞘物质输出率、转化率和单位库容茎鞘重较高。

Abstract:Aiming to reveal the grain filling characters and yield formation mechanism in Guizhou brewing sorghum,yield were compared in six quality sorghum varieties,the grain filling characters were simulated by Richards model.Further analysis were as well conducted in dry matter accumulation and transport and source-sink relation.Results:The ranges of 1000-grain weight,grain weight per spike and yield were 18.1~21.6 g,51.9~72.6 g,2 807.0~4 972.2 kg/hm2,respectively.Varieties(lines) of Hongyingzi,Maoliang 1,Maohongnuo 1 and Qiangao 7 had a relatively higher output.Richards equation and source-sink relation analysis showed that the six varieties were of small storage capacity difference,higher maximum grain-filling rate(GR) and mean grain-filling rate(GR),longer active grain-filling period(D),the time reaching the maximum grain-filling rate(Tmax) was also earlier.The six cultivars were also of higher grain-leaf area ratio(or smaller leaf area per unit sink),or higher export percentage of stem and sheath matter,conversion rate,stem-sheath weight per unit sink.
