早熟杂交油菜品种黔油早2号的选育

为解决贵州省油菜生产上早熟品种缺乏问题,贵州省油料研究所以早中熟甘蓝型油菜核不育两型系黔油10A与自育早熟恢复系1239为亲本配制选育了杂交油菜品种黔油早2号。该品种在2012—2014年贵州省油菜区域试验中,平均产量147.33kg/667m~2,比组内对照平均增产1.19%;平均产油量62.36kg/667m~2,比组内对照平均增产5.55%;最高产量228.45kg/667m~2(兴义);在10月15—20日播种(直播)、密度为2.5万株/667m~2情况下,平均全生育期为190.07d;商品籽的芥酸、硫甙、含油量和蛋白质含量分别为0.40%、18.09μmol/g饼、44.20%和26.79%。于2015年6月9日通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定命名(黔审油2015002号),具有早熟、含油量高和抗倒伏力强的特点,适宜在贵州省内10月上、中旬直播,5月上旬收获的油菜产区种植。

Breeding of Qianyouzao 2, a Hybrid Rapeseed Variety with Early Maturity

Qianyou 2,a new hybrid rapeseed variety with early maturity,was successfully bred from the cross combination between Qianyou 10A (a GMS two-type line with early-mid maturity)1239 (a selfbred restorer with early maturity) to solve the deficiency problem of rapeseed varieties with early maturity in rapeseed production in Guizhou.Results:The average seed and oil yield of Qianyou 2 is 147.33 kg/667m2 and 62.36 kg/667m2 in Guizhou rapeseed regional test during 2012-2014,1.19％ and 5.55 ％ higher than CK respectively.The highest seed yield of Qianyou 2 is 228.45 kg/667m2 in Xingyi.The average whole growth period of Qianyou 2 sowed (direct seeding) on 15～20,October is 190.07 d under the effective density of 25 000 plants/667m2 at maturity stage.The eruic acid,glucosinolate,oil and protein content of Qianyou 2 is 0.40％,18.09μmol/g cake,44.20％ and 26.79％ respectively.Qianyou 2 was approved by Guizhou Crops Variety Examination Committee in June,2015.Qianyou 2 with advantages of early maturity,high oil content and strong resistance to lodging can be suitably cultivated in rapeseedgrowing area with direct seedling in the first and middle ten days of October and harvesting in the first ten days of May in Guizhou.
