摘    要:干燥是许多行业的重要工艺过程,特别是林业、农业和食品加工等行业。热泵干燥有能耗小、产品质量高、操作条件易于控制、环境友好等优点,尤其适合于热敏材料和高附加值产品的干燥,对于缓解我国能源紧张局面、改善环境质量具有重要意义,是最有前途的干燥技术之一。文章从干燥动力学、干燥系统、干燥模式、干燥工艺、干燥经济性等方面重点综述了这一领域最新的先进技术和研究成果,同时介绍了其应用局限性以及发展趋势。

Abstract:Drying is an important process in many industries,in particular forestry,agricultural and food processing sectors.Heat pump dryer is proven as a drying system with energy consumption,quality assurance of product,easy control of operating conditions,environment friendly character and other advantages.Heat pump especially suits for drying heat sensitive materials and high value products.It has important significance for relieving the energy shortage situation,improving the quality of the environment.It has been argued that heat pump dehumidifiers are one of the most promising technologies.The article focuses on classification described the status of the recent research and technology development in this area from the drying kinetics,drying systems,drying mode,drying process and drying efficiency,meanwhile,this paper introduces the application limitations and trends of heat pump drying.
