Abstract:The euticular penetration dynamics of ~(14)C-fenvalcrate to 6th instar larvae of CottonBollworm,Heliolhis armigera(H(?)bner),and the effect of synergists on the penetration were investigated.At1h,the reductive rate of fenvalerate on the cuticular surface was 70.40%.At 24h,the contents of fcnvaleratedecreased to 3.5% in cuticle and increased to 28.44% in coelom.The cuticular penetration of fenvalcrate wasobviously affected by three synergists(TPP,Pb and DEM).Two peak-values appeared at 1 h and 10 hrespectively after topical treatment.At 1 h,the reduce rate of fenvalerate on the cuticule surface is10.09%(TPP),19.29%(Pb)amd 59.69%(DEM).At 24 h,the relative contents of fenvalcrate in the coclomwere 11.05%(TPP),13.78%(Pb)and 20.93%(DEM),and the relative contents of fenvalcrate in cuticule werenot affected by these synergists.
