山东省涉农上市公司问题研究

农业板块作为证券市场上的重要组成部分,其业绩的好坏不仅关乎农业公司自身经营发展,同时还会对农业产业的发展起到重大的影响。山东省作为农业大省,其农业上市公司发展中存在的问题具有普遍意义,通过研究其存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,对改善农业上市公司经营、促进农业产业健康发展将有所裨益。

PROBLEMS OF SHANDONG ARGICULTURAL LISTED COMPANIES

Agricultural sector, as the important constituent in the stock market, the performance not only related to the business development of agricultural company, but also had significant influence on the development of agriculture industry. Shandong province as a big agricultural province, the problems existing in the agricultural listed companies were general. This paper researched its existing problems, and put forward some countermeasures to improve agricultural listed company management and promote the healthy development of agriculture industry.
