穴播穴灌播种机控制系统的设计

穴播穴灌坐水播种是一种有效提高出苗率的播种方式，但是现有穴播穴灌播种机存在着结构复杂、种液难同穴、施水量难控制等问题。为此，设计了一种以单片机AT89C51为核心的控制系统，利用光电传感器监视种子落下的时间．通过中断方法保证种液同穴；利用定时器不同的定时时间达到调节施水量的目的：从硬件和软件两方面给出了系统设计的基本原理和实现方法。该系统可以达到简化播种机结构、提高种液同穴率、方便调节施水量的目的。

Design on the Control System of Irrigating-seeding Machine

The problems existed of the seeding with watering in a hole were analyzed. And a new irrigatingsowing machine was studied which could ensure seeds and water to flow into seedbed furrow together at the same time. There is a control system in the machine which is composed of single-chip computer, photo sensors and other electronic devices. The principle and the design process in hardware and software were introduced. This system can make the structure of seeding-machine simpler and the water quantity adjustment easier.
