不同猕猴桃品种贮藏特性的研究

摘    要:在冷库温度(0±1)℃、相对湿度78%~85%贮藏条件下,研究分析了皖翠、81—5、海沃德3种猕猴桃的贮藏特性。结果表明:在相同的低温贮藏条件下,皖翠、81—5猕猴桃较海沃德猕猴桃呼吸强度高,果实硬度下降明显,可溶性固形物和可溶性总糖含量在贮藏90天后达最高值,皖翠猕猴桃糖酸比和VC含量较高,海沃德猕猴桃耐贮性优于皖翠,81—5猕猴桃不适宜长期贮藏。

Abstract:The study analyzes storage property of three kiwifruit cultivars ,stored at cold storage (0±1℃T,78%~85% RH). The result indicated that,at the same condition of cold storage,the respiration rate of wancui and 81-5 is higher than hayward,fruit firmness dropped fast,the highest value of TTS and solube sugar present at stored after 90 d,wancui is more than the other in content of VC and the ratio of sugar and acid but storing property is worse than hayward,81-5 is not suitable for long-term storage.
