弗氏链霉菌变种S-221所产生物活性物质对细菌、霉菌及酵母类抑菌效果的初步研究

摘    要:
弗氏链霉菌变种S-221的摇瓶发酵液用无水乙醇提取,制备成弗氏链霉菌变种S-221生物防腐剂200倍稀释液,分别在牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基平板上测定了5种不同的细菌,在马铃薯葡萄糖培养基平板上测定了5种霉菌和3种酵母菌。除大肠杆菌的抑菌效果为94.2%和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果为98%以外,其余菌的抑菌效果达到100%;对制备好的平板暴露在空气中自然接种微生物的抑菌效果也达到100%。

Abstract:
The absolute alcohol extraction of Streptomyces friadia var.S-221.Tu from shaking-flask fermentation broth was diluted in 200 times as the Streptomyces friadia var.S-221.TU.To assay its effects on anti-bacteria,anti-moulds andanti-yeasts.5 different kinds of bacteria,5 different kinds of moulds and 3 different kinds of yeasts were used as indicator strains, respectively.The results showed that the antimicrobial rates on these indicator strains were 100%,except for E.coli,which was 93%;and Strophlococcus aureus,which was 98%.When the medium plates were inoculanted in the air,the antimicrobial rates of Bio-antiseptic Streptomyces fradiae var.S-221.T could also reach100%.
