| 摘 要： | 在对新型水平圆台排种器研究基础上,从水平圆台式排种器的结构和工作原理出发,结合丸粒化种子尺寸分布的特点,采用可靠性理论对型孔结构和参数进行了研究,确定了型孔参数的模型,进一步通过试验确定了影响型孔囊种率的主要因素,最后通过试验数据分析确定了具有最佳效果的参数组合,即动盘倾角32°,型孔直径15mm,导种槽角度55°,导种槽高度为7mm,动盘转速为17r/min时囊种效果最好,为该类排种器的设计提供了借鉴和理论依据。
