摘    要:自制静电喷雾系统,采用自制环状电极通过感应充电方式对雾滴充电,调节充电电压得到试验要求的荷质比,对距离喷头550mm的模拟植株喷雾,研究对靶喷雾荷质比对雾滴沉积分布的影响。结果表明:静电喷雾较常规喷雾能够有效改善荷电雾滴的沉积分布效果;随着雾滴荷质比的增加,荷电雾滴向靶标集中,改善喷雾效果,且随着荷质比的增大,喷雾最大距离减小。

Abstract:Electrostatic spraying system was set up,which used the ring electrode to get charging droplets by way of induction charging,and adjusting the charging voltage to get the charge-to-mass of droplets.The Effect of charge-to-mass ratio of droplets on deposition distribution of droplets was studied by spraying to the simulated target,550mm far from the spray nozzle.The test results showed that the attraction between target and charging droplets was enhanced with the increase of carrying capacity of droplets,so ...
