| 摘 要： | 农产品的分级对于提高产品产量,增强产品市场竞争力具有重要意义,静电技术凭借其清洁、能耗低、分选率高等优势,在农产品分级中越来越受到关注。为此,综述了静电技术的应用现状,着重介绍了其在农产品分级中的应用状况、所用原理、分级过程以及优越性和存在的问题,并指出其应用前景。
