| 摘 要： | 以湖南省2001年碳排放情况为基准,对湖南省10年来能源碳排放量进行分析。结果表明:全省能源碳排放量呈逐年上升趋势,排放量主要集中在第二产业,单位GDP碳排放量低于全国水平。在此基础上,提出了湖南省实施低碳排放的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The carbon emission from energy during the period from 2001 to 2010 in Hunan Province was analyzed. The results indica- ted that total carbon emissions from energy tended to increase and the source of carbon emission mainly came from industrial consump- tion of energy. Carbon emission per GDP was below the national level. Based on this analysis, some suggestions and for implementing low carbon emission in Hunan Province were put forward. |
