| 摘 要： | 以中药常山、苦参等和西药诺球 (0 .5 %地克珠利预混剂 )组成复方制剂“克球王” ,每kg饲料按低、中、高三个剂量拌料喂鸡 ,其抗球虫指数分别为 16 2、193.1和 16 6 .76 ,与对照组 (感染不用药 )相比差异极显著(P <0 .0 1)。克球王中剂量组比西药组抗球虫指数也高出 31.92 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。说明中西复方制剂“克球王”防治鸡球虫病效果好。

| Abstract: | Ke Qiu Wang" is made of traditional Chinese medicines such as dichroa febrifuga, radix sophorae flavescentis, et al and western Chinese medicine"Nuo Qiu"(0.5% didazuril). Compared with contrasting group (infected but without taking medicine), the efficiency of low, middle, high dosage against chicken coccidisis is obvious. Anticoccidial indexes (ACI) are 162, 193.1, and 166.76 respectively. The difference of ACI is very remarkable (P<0.01). ACI of "Ke Qiu Wang" middle dosage increases by 31.92 in comparison with western medicine, the difference is also remarkable (P<0.05). Tests show "Ke Qiu Wang" is very efficient in prevention and cure of chicken coccidisis. |
