摘    要:选择毕节地区主推品种威芋3号微型薯开展不同粒级对一级原种繁殖的影响试验,设每粒≤5、6~10、11~20、21~30、31~40 g 5个处理粒级。结果表明:在马铃薯品种和种植密度相同的情况下,晚疫病危害程度与原原种粒级存在一定关系,当原原种粒级每粒≤5 g时,不利于晚疫病的发生和流行,当原原种粒级在每粒6 g以上时,晚疫病发生情况接近;粒级为每粒21 g以上的原原种繁殖一级原种产量较高,生产上调进原原种时建议选择大粒种薯为宜。

Abstract:Effects of minituber sizes(≤5,6-10,11-20,21-30,and 31-40 g) on elite seed I production were studied using the dominant potato cultivar Weiyu 3 as plant material in Bijie,Guizhou.The size of minituber planted at the same density had significant influence on the occurrence of late blight,with late blight being less severe when the minitubers planted were less 5 g and similar for the other treatments.High yield of elite seed I was achieved when the minitubers planted were 21 g or more.Larger sized minitubers should be selected for elite seed I production.
