拖拉机驱动轮轴断裂分析及设计优化

摘    要:对法兰断裂的驱动轮轴进行了材料检测和断口分析,采用有限元计算方法分析了驱动轮轴法兰圆角在标定工况下的应力分布。结果表明,法兰圆角的应力集中导致了驱动轮轴的疲劳断裂,在圆角附近的轴颈上增加一个环形应力卸荷槽,可以缓解应力集中,避免驱动轮轴的疲劳断裂。

Abstract:The material of drive axle with flange fracture was checked, and the fracture was analyzed. The finite element method was used for analyzing stress distribution in fillet of drive axle flange. The results show that the fracture is caused by too high stress in fillet of flange, and adding a groove near the fillet can relive stress concentration, and then fatigue failure can be avoided.
