摘    要:通过对52个富氮低氧廒间和60个非充氮廒间的库存粮食在一个轮换周期内的储存品质变化情况进行跟踪,对比富氮低氧条件对粮食储存品质的影响,结果表明,富氮低氧条件下储存的稻谷和玉米,其脂肪酸值年平均上升数均低于常规储存的稻谷和玉米。

Abstract:Grain qualities stored in 52 warehouses filling nitrogen and low oxygen and 60 warehouses without filling nitrogen were tracked respectively to contrast in one storage period. By investigating the influences of the high nitrogen and low oxygen condition, the results showed that the average rises of the fatty acid values of grain and maize, stored in the high nitrogen and low oxygen condition, was less than those stored in the conventional conditions.
