外源CTS对干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:为研究壳聚糖(CTS)对黄瓜幼苗抗旱性的影响,以黄瓜"秋宝1号"幼苗为试材,叶面喷施150 mg/L CTS后,用聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)模拟干旱胁迫,测定叶绿素含量,叶片相对水含量,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和糖的含量。结果表明:与干旱胁迫相比,CTS处理后的黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量增加了6.7%,叶片相对水含量增加了27.9%,CAT活性提高了49.0%,MDA含量降低了53.7%,游离脯氨酸增加了144.2%,可溶性蛋白和糖含量分别增加了26.1%和17.3%。总之CTS可以通过提高黄瓜幼苗光合利用率,提高保护酶活性和增加渗透调节物质含量来减少干旱胁迫的影响。

Abstract:To study the effect of Chitosan(CTS) on the physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings(Qiubao No.1)under drought stress, the content of chlorophyll, content of water, MDA, proline, soluble protein and sugar and the CAT activity of sprayed 150 mg/L CTS cucumber seedlings(Qiubao No.1)under PEG 6000 were determined.The results showed that ,compared to drought stress, the chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings was increased by 6.7 %,the relative water content of leavies was increased by 27.9 %,the activity of CAT was increased by 49.0 %,the content of MDA decreased 53.7 %,the content of free proline was increased by 144.2 %, soluble protein and sugar was increased by 26.1 % and 17.3 % by CTS treatment.The conclusions was drawn that CTS could improve the photosynthetic rate, activity of protection enzyme and content of osmoregulation substance to reduce the effects of drought stress.
