| 摘 要： | 以意大利蜜蜂（Apis mellifera ligustica)为实验材料，应用755B型分光光度计，测定了蜜蜂幼虫、刚出房的工蜂、哺育工蜂及采集蜂的血淋巴中K^ 和Na^ 含量，结果表明：不同发育阶段的蜜蜂血淋巴中所含K^ 和Na^ 含量有所差异。

| Abstract: | The experiments were conducted with Apis mellifera Ligustica.The contents of K + and Na + in the hemolymph of honeybees larvae , just emergence worker bees, feeding worker bees and foraging worker bees were determined by 755B spectrophotometer. The result showed that the contents of K + and Na + in the Hemolymph were variant in different development phase. |
