| 摘 要： | 我国林业发展的现状是：森林资源不足，森林质量下降，生态环境恶化，自然灾害频繁，森林资源利用水平不高，林业补偿机制尚未建立，林业市场发育滞后，在剖析现状的基础上，结合人类利用森林资源的历史，指出了可持续林业的必然性及其主要目标。
