| 摘 要： | 为实现云南小米辣产业的可持续发展，做强、做大云南小米辣产业，使小米辣产业在产业结构调整中发挥其应有的社会经济效益，在对云南小米辣产业发展情况进行调查的基础上，结合国内外小米辣产业发展现状，对云南小米辣产业发展现状、存在问题作了系统总结和分析，提出了云南小米辣产业可持续发展的对策。
