摘    要:依据1999~2008年吉安市土地利用变化生态安全评价指标数据,对所选取的逆向指标运用倒数法进行正向化处理,采用指数法对所选指标进行标准化,以年为单位进行主成分分析,得到1999~2008年土地利用变化生态安全度相关数据FB;遵循科学性、整体性、层次性、实用性、动态性原则,建立了吉安市土地利用变化生态安全评价指标体系;借助主成分分析法和评价模型计算出吉安市土地利用自然资源安全指数、土地利用社会经济安全指数、土地利用生态环境安全指数以及土地利用生态安全度4个参数;通过分析得出吉安市土地利用变化生态安全度整体上呈现出上升的趋势,上升趋势减缓,同时得出吉安市土地利用变化生态安全水平较低,安全度值为0.645,仅仅处于弱度安全区域,需要加强监控和维护。

Ecological Safety Evaluation of Land Use in Jian City Based on the Principal Component Analysis

Abstract:According to the ecological safety evaluation index data of land use change in Jian City from the year 1999 to 2008, positive treatment on selected reverse indices was conducted by Reciprocal Method. Meanwhile, Index Method was used to standardize the selected indices; and Principal Component Analysis was applied by using year as a unit. FB was obtained, which was related with the ecological safety of land use change in the years 1999-2008. According to the scientific, integrative, hierarchical, practical and dynamic principles, ecological safety evaluation index system of land use change in Jian City was established. Principal Component Analysis and evaluation model were used to calculate the four parameters, including the natural resources safety index of land use, the socio-Feconomic safety index of land use, the eco-environment safety index of land use, and the ecological safety degree of land use in Jian City. Result indicated that the ecological safety degree of land use in Jian City showed upward trends as a whole with a slowed-down tendency. At the same time, ecological safety degree of land use change was relatively low in Jian City with the safety value of 0.645, which was at a weak safety zone and needed further monitoring and maintenance.
