我国茶叶科研的宏观战略

本文从宏观角度分析了世界和我国茶叶生产的现状、潜力和发展趋势,并提出我国茶叶科研的发展战略。全文从提高茶树的光合效率和光合产物的分配率、控制激素代谢、改善茶园土壤理化性状和营养组成、品种资源收集和高生理效率、高产优质早生品种选育、病虫草害的生态防治和综合治理、提高茶叶加工品质及其可控性、茶叶和茶籽内含组份的综合利用开发、新技术应用、宏观战略研究和人材培养及更新等十方面进行了讨论并提出研究方向的建议。

Macroscopic Strategy of Tea Scientific Research in China

The present status,potential and developmental tendency of the teaproduction in the world and China were analysed and the strategy of the teascientific research in China were suggested by the authors from the viewpointof the macroscopic angles.It was discussed from the following 10 fields:theincrease of photosynthetic efficiency of tea plant and its distributive ratio ofphotosynthelates;the adjustment of hormone metabolism;the improvement ofthe physico-chemical characteristics and nutritional constituents of the soil;the collection of germplasm resources and the breeding of tea varieties withhigh-physiological efficiency,high-yielding,good quality and early-sprouting;the ecological and integrated control of tea pests and weeds;the improvementof the quality of made tea and its controllable technique;the multi-purposeuse and development of constituents in the leaves and seeds of tea plant;theapplication of new technology;the research on the information and strategy;the training of personnel and the renewing of scientific knowledge.
