| 摘 要： | 以斑马鱼为试材测定了20%二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂及其乳油对水生生物的急性毒性,24、48、72、96h后二甲戊灵微胶囊对斑马鱼LC50分别为65.10、62.38、58.81、57.81mg/L,而二甲戊灵乳油对斑马鱼LC50分别为0.50、0.35、0.34、0.31mg/L,即其微囊化使二甲戊灵对斑马鱼的安全性提高了100倍以上。

| Abstract: | The acute toxicity of pendimethalin 20% CS to Brachydanio rerio were determined. The 24h,48h,72h-LC50 values of pendimethalin microcapsule to Brachydanio rerio were 65.10mg/L,62.38mg/L,58.81 mg/L and 57.81mg/L. But the 24h,48h,72h-LC50 values of pendimethalin EC to Brachydanio rerio were 0.50mg/L,0.35mg/L,0.34mg/L,0.31mg/L. The results showed that the security of pendimethalin microcapsule to brachydanio rerio was more than 100 times higher than pendimethalin EC. |
