| 摘 要： | 用“黑玫瑰”月季带芽茎段作外植体，研究不同激素对月季瓶内开花的影响。结果表明，MS＋6-BA 1.0有利于外植体萌芽；MS＋ZT 1.0＋NAA 0.1对月季瓶内成花效果最佳；苗龄为90 d左右的无菌苗更利于花芽分化。

| Abstract: | The“Black Rose”was used to study the effect of different hormones on issue culture seedling flowering. The treatment of MS＋BA 1.0 was good for germinating of rose, while The treatment of MS＋ZT 1.0＋NAA 0.1 was good for floral induction. The seeding age of 90 days was favorable to flower bud differentiation. |
