萝卜细胞质雄性不育系与保持系光合特性和呼吸特性的比较试验

摘    要:对萝卜雄性不育系及其相应保持系的光合作用和呼吸作用进行了比较.结果表明:萝卜雄性不育系叶片的叶绿素含量与保持系稍有差别,但其光合能力正常.不育系早期花蕾的呼吸强度和保持系没有差异,中后期花蕾的呼吸强度则低于保持系.不育系叶片和各个时期花蕾的抗氰呼吸强度明显低于保持系,显示了雄性育性与抗氰呼吸强度有密切的关系.

Abstract:The photosynthesis and the respiration of the CMS lines and the maintainer lines of radish were studied. Results indicated that The Chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate in the leaves of CMS Lines is normal, and there is little difference between the CMS lines and the maintainer lines. There is no difference in the respiration rate in the buds in the early stage between the CMS lines and the maintainer lines, but in the intermediate stage and the later stage, the respiration rate in the buds of the CMS lines is lower than that of the maintainer lines. The rate of alternative respiration and the ratio of alternative respiration and- total respiration in the leaves and buds of CMS lines is lower than those of the maintainer lines. Showing there was a close relation between the Male-sterility and the rate of alternative respiration.
