碳氮源对杏鲍菇菌丝胞外多糖产量的影响

摘    要:目的]筛选杏鲍菇产胞外多糖的最适碳源和氮源。方法]利用单因子试验研究不同碳氮源及碳氮源含量对杏鲍菇菌丝胞外多糖产量的影响。结果]在供试的5种碳源中,杏鲍菇胞外多糖在以淀粉为碳源时产量最大,其最佳浓度为6%,其次是麦芽糖。葡萄糖对菌丝生物量影响最大,高于淀粉和麦芽糖对菌丝生物量的影响。在供试的6种氮源中,有机氮源更适合杏鲍菇菌丝的生长和胞外多糖的生产。其中酵母膏对菌丝生物量和胞外多糖的影响最大,为最佳氮源,其最佳浓度为0.4%。其次是蛋白胨。结论]不同碳源对胞外多糖产量与菌丝生物量的影响不成正相关,不同氮源对胞外多糖产量及菌丝生物量的影响成正相关。

Effect of Carbon and Nitrogen Sources on the Extracellular Polysaccharide Yield of Pleurotus eryngii Mycelium

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to screen the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source for Pleurotus eryngii producing extracellular polysaccharide.Method] The effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources and content of carbon and nitrogen sources on the extracellular polysaccharide yield of P.eryngii mycelium were studied by single factor experiment.Result] During the 5 tested carbon sources,the extracellular polysaccharide yield of P.eryngii was most with amylum as carbon source and its optimal concn.was 6%,followed by maltose.The effect of glucose on the mycelial biomass was largest,which was higher than that of amylum and maltose.During the 6 tested nitrogen sources,the organic nitrogen source was more suitable for the growth of P.eryngii mycelium and extracellular polysaccharide production.Among them,the effect of yeast extract on mycelial biomass and extracellular polysaccharide was largest and it was the optimal nitrogen source,whose optimal concn.was 0.4%,followed by peptone.Conclusion] The effect of different carbon sources on extracellular polysaccharide and mycelial biomass was not a positive correlation and that of different nitrogen sources on extracellular polysaccharide and mycelial biomass was a positive correlation.
