| 摘 要： | 本文采用对比实验的方法，在培养料中添加5％，10％，20％的平菇菇床废料栽培蘑菇发现平菇菇床废料添加量为10％时，菌丝吃料量生长速度快（日平均生长速度0.177cm），长势好，出菇期提高4d，平均单产比对照提高34.7%。
