基于《食品安全法》指引的粮油监测质量控制

随着近年来我国食品安全问题的日益突出,2009年《食品安全法》经审议通过并实施,由此开创了食品安全监测工作的新局面。本文以粮油食品为例,首先介绍《食品安全法》对粮油监测工作的指引,然后论述对粮油监测质量控制应遵循的方向,并提出具体的控制举措。

The Monitoring Quality Control of Grain Based on Food Safety Law

As the food safety issues became more serious, our country adopted Food Safety Law in 2009, which creating a new situation of food safety monitoring. This paper focuses on grain, and first introduces the guidelines for monitoring work of grain comes from Food Safety Law, and then analyzes the directions that the monitoring quality control of grain needs to follow. On the basis, this paper points out some specific countermeasures.
