| 摘 要： | 水资源是福建省经济可持续发展的关键因素。发展节水农业是农业发展的一场革命,是重大而深邃的理论和实践命题。在福建省发展节水农业,要采取科学划分节水农业生产分区,充分利用和合理开发水资源;要因地制宜选择节水灌溉技术;要把节水技术与其他农业措施相结合;要建立市场机制为核心的管理体制等。
