| 摘 要： | 怀仁县实施了以测土配方施肥项目为基础的全县耕地质量调查和评价工作,对促进怀仁县农业可持续发展与农业结构调整、指导农民科学施肥、提高农产品质量、增加农民收入、减少肥料等资源浪费、防止壤退化和污染、加强农业生态环境建设均具有十分重要的意义。
