摘    要:
钦州市钦南区连续5年降雨量减少,春旱严重,影响了自然水灌区早造农作物的种植。针对气候变化,文章提出了“构建人与自然环境和谐相处的新型关系,在可能的情况下种植水稻,稳定‘钦州黄瓜’种植面积,适当调减辣椒种植面积,大力扩大春玉米种植面积,消灭搁荒田”的结构调整总走向;并根据该区的实际情况,提出了“根据粮食安全原则、地理环境、土壤墒情和水源情况、抗风险能力、投入能力进行结构调整”的措施和原则。

Abstract:
Severe spring drought in Qinnan District,which resulted from a decrease of annual rainfall for five years,affected early crops cultivation in natural irrigation areas.Aiming at this climate change,the paper has put forward a general plan of crop structure adjustment,which includes building a new harmonious co-existent relation between man and nature,planting rice as much as possible,stabilizing "Qinzhou cucumber"planting areas,reducing chilli areas appropriately,expanding spring corn planting areas energeti...
