普通小麦与鹅观草杂种回交后代的赤霉病抗性及细胞遗传学研究

摘    要:在普通小麦品种中国春与高抗赤霉病的亲缘物种鹅观草杂种回交后代BC2F1的基础上,对BC2F2-5,BC3F1-4等世代植株的形态,赤霉病抗性及细胞遗传学特征进行了观察及研究,结果表明:随着世代的增加,植株外部形态接近普通小麦;赤霉病抗性在高世代材料中仍得以保持;染色体数目的变异范围逐代缩小,在高世代中2n=43,44植株的比例增加,这展示了异附加系筛选的可喜前景

Abstract:Morphology,scab resistance and cytogenetics of the plants in BC 2F 2 5 ,BC 3F 1 4 populations derived from the hybrid between common wheat and Roegneria kamoji(2n=6x=42,SSHHYY)were studied.The results showed that with the generation advancement,the plant morphology was being regressed to common wheat and the scab resistance was still maintained among some plants of advanced generations.Meanwhile,the range of variation in the chromosome numbers decreased with the proceeding backcross.The increasing proporations of the plants with 2n=43 or 44 revealed the bright prospect of developing scab resistance alien addition lines of common wheat.
