碳源和氮源对杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响

摘    要:采用常规培养方法研究了杏鲍菇对碳、氮营养源的利用情况。结果表明:杏鲍菇菌丝生长的最适碳源是葡萄糖,其最佳碳源浓度为3.0%,其次是蔗糖、果糖、麦芽糖、淀粉,而甘油对菌丝生长有抑制作用;有机氮源比无机氮源更适合杏鲍菇菌丝的生长,最适氮源为酵母膏,其最佳浓度为0.4%,其次是黄豆粉、蛋白胨和牛肉浸膏。

Abstract:This experiment studied the utilization of Pleurotus eryngii with different C. sources and N sources under the common culture conditions.The results showed that glucose was the best C.sources for the hyphal growth of Pleurotus eryngii and 3.0% glucose was the optimum concentration,sucrose and fructose,maltose,soluble starch took the second place,but glycerin caused inhibiting effect on the mycelia growth;and for the N sources,the organic nitrogen was better than the inorganic nitrogen,yeast extract paste wa...
