摘    要:抗微生物药物残留检测一直是食品安全监督体系重要的组成部分。为了建立安全、高效、可靠的监测体系,近年来相继出现了一些快速、灵敏、高效的检测方法,极大地促进了抗微生物药物残留检测技术的发展。首先对抗微生物药物残留的安全风险进行了评价,并回顾了近年来抗微生物药物残留检测方法研究的最新进展。最后对生物传感器、色谱-质谱联用、分子印迹聚合物和微阵列芯片检测方法的优缺点进行了比较分析,并对这些技术的发展进行了展望。

Abstract:The determination of antimicrobial drug residues was an important part of food safety supervision systems. In order to establish safe,efficient and reliable monitoring systems,many rapid,sensitive and efficient methods of detection antimicrobial drug residues appeared gradually in recent years,which promoted the technological development of antimicrobial drug residues detection. Firstly,this paper evaluated the safety risk of antimicrobial drug residues and reviewed recent advances in determination methods of antimicrobial drug residues. Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of biosensor,LC-MS/MS,molecularly imprinted polymer and microarray were comparatively analyzed,and the future prospect of these technologies were expected.
